TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and Jigs Washing & Ironing regarding the use of our Services.

Laundry and Dry Cleaning will be delivered at agreed time and date, Every effort is made to deliver the clothes on time, however due to some unforeseen circumstances, if delivery is delayed, we will keep you updated about the delivery time..

Immediate delivery of clothing will incur an additional 50% charge.

Laundry orders must be of 5 KG or more for free pick up & delivery.

Customers are requested to check the clothing at the time of delivery.

We are not responsible for fastness / paint / shrinkage / embellishments / embroidery work on clothes during the process.

We make every possible effort to remove stains, but Jigs Washing & Ironing Services will not be responsible for stubborn and non-removable stains.

All articles are accepted at customers risk.

Please note that we will not be responsible for the maintenance of clothing, if the garments are not collected within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date.

We will do the job of cleaning the clothes, in the best possible way our technicians deem fit. The various cleaning methods we deploy will vary from technologies like evaporation, detergents and softeners, soft washes for delicate fabrics, perchloroethylene, hydrocarbons.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts in South Australia.

For promotional purposes, we may use pictures of your clothing.

All payment must be made in full before delivery.

We request you to Provide cloths hangers if possible, No additional charges apply when we supply the cloths hangers.
